Before or during your initial visit to our office we will verify your insurance coverage and explain to you your chiropractic and physical therapy benefits and approximate co-payments. Most insurance plans provide coverage for chiropractic and/or physical therapy. As a courtesy to our patients we will promptly submit your insurance claim.
We are preferred providers for most major health insurance companies including but not limited to:
Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield including Federal, Aetna, United Healthcare and Medicare
In the case of motor vehicle accidents and third party claims we will submit copies of bills and treatment notes to your attorney when applicable, after submitting bills to the responsible insurance company. For work related injuries we will bill directly to your workman's compensation insurance company after a claim has been established.
