Your feedback helps us tailor care to your individual needs.

Our Treatment Approaches
Chiropractic Adjustments & Mobilization

Dr. Rowe performs spinal adjustments to restore alignment, reduce stiffness, and improve mobility. Adjustments may also be used for the shoulders, knees, hips, ankles, and elbows. Some mild soreness may occur initially, but this is temporary as your body adjusts.

Myofascial Release

A hands-on technique used to release tight muscles and trigger points, especially for chronic conditions. This helps improve flexibility and reduce tension.

Rehabilitative Exercise

Once your condition stabilizes, we incorporate targeted exercises to rebuild strength, prevent re-injury, and restore movement patterns. These non-resistive exercises are always tailored to your recovery stage. You'll also receive guidance on at-home exercises to maintain long-term strength and flexibility.

Electrotherapy & Ultrasound
  • Electrical Muscle Stimulation – Helps relax muscle spasms, reduce pain, and strengthen weakened muscles after injury.
  • Ultrasound Therapy – Reduces inflammation, breaks down scar tissue, and promotes healing through deep tissue stimulation.
Ice & Moist Heat Therapy
  • Ice Therapy – Reduces swelling and pain, especially within the first 72 hours of an injury. Recommended for home use as well.
  • Moist Heat – Increases blood flow and relaxes muscles but should never be used on a new injury within the first 72 hours. Often combined with electrotherapy for enhanced relief.
At Rowe Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Center, we are committed to helping you heal, move better, and feel your best
